Qualification: M.Pharma / B.Pharma / M.Sc
Experience: 3–7 years (in injectable/sterile manufacturing)
Shift: Day Shift/Rotational
Job Description:
- Lead and manage production team in injectable plant operations
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU-GMP, and Indian GMP regulations
- Oversee aseptic operations, filling lines, and packing operations
- Conduct training, performance reviews, and team development
- Handle regulatory audits, inspections, and gap closures
- Optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse)
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- In-depth knowledge of sterile injectable manufacturing
- Experience handling regulatory audits and inspections
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting production targets
