Job Title: Senior Manager – D2C

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager – D2C to lead end-to-end growth across our D2C channel. This role will own both e-commerce operations and performance marketing, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
You will be responsible for managing website performance, paid media, data analytics, and customer lifecycle while ensuring a seamless, high-converting user journey. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with creativity and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

Manage end-to-end Shopify operations including product listings, collections, pricing, and offers

Oversee order fulfillment, inventory sync, RTO reduction, and operational efficiency

Ensure smooth website functionality, UX, and conversion optimization

Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

Build and execute full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention)

Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets aligned with business goals

Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns for performance and scale

Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages

Continuously improve targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel performance

Track key D2C and marketing metrics (traffic, CVR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV)

Build dashboards and share daily/weekly performance insights

Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, pixels, and conversion APIs

Drive data-backed decision-making across teams

Optimize on-site journey and checkout funnel to reduce drop-offs

Work closely with CRM to execute retention strategies (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)

Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value

Partner with creative, tech, and marketing teams for high-impact campaigns

Provide data-backed briefs for ad creatives, landing pages, and PDPs

Ensure brand consistency and conversion-focused communication

Drive revenue through pricing strategies, bundling, and offer planning

Identify new growth levers, channels, and experimentation opportunities
-
Benchmark competitors and stay updated with market trends

5–8 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce + performance marketing

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Deep understanding of metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, MER, and AOV

Experience with Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (Klaviyo or similar)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to balance data with creativity and consumer understanding

Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands

Exposure to app marketing, marketplaces, or omnichannel growth
