What You’ll Be Doing:
Create jaw-dropping designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, ads, packaging, and more.
Lead and mentor junior designers with wisdom, patience, and clarity.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life.
Stay loyal to brand guidelines — but know when to break the rules (smartly ).
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines like a boss.
Communicate design ideas and feedback clearly and respectfully.
Skills You Need To Rock This Role:
✅ 1 years of strong graphic design experience (agency background preferred).
✅ A solid portfolio that shows your versatility and creativity.
✅ Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a big plus).
✅ Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layouts.
✅ Ability to think conceptually — not just make it pretty, but make it meaningful.
✅ A good grasp on both print and digital design requirements.
✅ Understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling.
✅ Great communication and leadership skills — we vibe on teamwork, not ego trips.
Bonus Points If You Have:
✨ Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.
✨ Experience working with branding/advertising agencies.
✨ Photography and photo-editing skills.
