Job Title: Senior Proposal Engineer
Location: Kallakal

Salary Range: ₹4.0 – ₹5.0 LPA
About the Role:
We are looking for two experienced Senior Proposal Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates must have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Evaporators, Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD), and complete Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for ETP, Evaporators, ATFD, and ZLD systems.
- Review client specifications and design requirements to develop accurate proposals.
- Coordinate with process, engineering, and procurement teams to gather cost inputs.
- Prepare cost estimation, BOQs, and project scope documents.
- Interact with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals.
- Support business development and sales teams during client meetings and negotiations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in preparing proposals for ETP, Evaporators, ATFD, and ZLD systems.
- Strong knowledge of water & wastewater treatment technologies.
- Hands-on experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and related proposal tools.
