About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. The candidate will work closely with different departments to understand business requirements and deliver scalable Zoho solutions.
Job Description
As a Zoho Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho products.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, automation, forms, reports, dashboards, and business processes using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
- Create custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and automation to improve business efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.
- Optimize existing Zoho solutions for better performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 1 year of experience working with Zoho applications.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge Scripting, and Zoho Flow.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Zoho Analytics and custom reporting.
- Knowledge of cloud-based business applications.
- Experience integrating payment gateways, ERP systems, or external APIs.
- Zoho Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Customize and implement Zoho solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop scalable applications using Zoho Creator.
- Automate manual business processes through workflows and scripting.
- Maintain and optimize existing Zoho applications.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Provide technical assistance and user training when required.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Zoho platforms.
