Position: HHA Trainer (Home Health Aide)
Location: AISECT DDUKK Hazaribagh
Employment Type: Contractual/Full-Time
Job Summary
The HHA Trainer will be responsible for delivering quality training to trainees enrolled in the Home Health Aide course, ensuring they acquire the knowledge, skills, and professional attitude required for employment in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training as per the approved HHA curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and training materials.
- Demonstrate healthcare procedures, patient care techniques, and safety protocols.
- Assess trainees through tests, practical evaluations, and assignments.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training documentation.
- Provide counseling and guidance to trainees regarding career opportunities and workplace readiness.
- Coordinate with center management for training delivery and compliance requirements.
- Organize practical sessions, simulations, and healthcare-related activities.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment and skill lab resources.
- Support placement activities and industry interactions as required.
Required Qualification
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM with relevant healthcare experience.
- Certified Trainer/ToT certification in Healthcare Sector (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare training, patient care, or hospital settings.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of patient care and healthcare practices.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and assessments.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
- Ability to motivate and mentor trainees.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in skill development programs such as DDUKK, PMKVY, CM Sarathi, or other government-funded skill initiatives.
- Experience working with healthcare training institutions, hospitals, or nursing colleges.
Salary
As per organizational norms and candidate experience.
