Role & Responsibilities
- Identify industry and economic trends to evaluate business potential and expansion opportunities.
- Drive Business Development and Leasing activities.
- Analyze business gaps and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns related to service quality and commercial matters.
- Plan and monitor sales promotions and brand-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with development and design teams on new concepts based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Track competitor activities, customer behavior, and market intelligence to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, meetings, and field visits.
- Develop and implement regional sales and leasing strategies.
- Prepare timely sales reports and market analysis.
- Deliver customized workplace solutions aligned with client requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Sales, Business Development or Commercial Leasing.
- Candidates from Commercial Real Estate, Managed Office Spaces, Coworking, Business Centres or Hospitality industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Client-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Dynamic personality with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of sales management techniques and business growth strategies.
