Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our digital marketing initiatives and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while driving lead generation and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and optimize SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing channels.
- Manage content marketing, email marketing, and online branding activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare MIS/reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
