PsyNest is a child-focused Therapy and Early Intervention Centre dedicated to supporting children with developmental, behavioral, and learning needs through individualized and evidence-based intervention programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess and identify children with learning difficulties, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other special needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on each child’s needs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group sessions to improve academic, behavioral, social, and adaptive skills.
- Use child-centered teaching strategies and therapeutic techniques to enhance learning.
- Support children in developing communication, attention, and daily living skills.
- Monitor, document, and report progress regularly.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and home-based strategies.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other professionals.
- Maintain proper documentation and student records.
- Participate in team meetings and training programs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
