Strategic Responsibilities
- Own business growth and deliver AOP targets for all international marketplace channels.
- Lead joint business planning with marketplace partners, aligning on goals, marketing calendars, and growth initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new geographies and marketplace opportunities to expand Titan’s international presence.
- Analyze market and category trends to drive assortment strategy and long-term growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, finance, product) and external marketplace partners.
- Develop strategies for product visibility and discoverability through organic and inorganic channels Tactical Responsibilities.
- Manage daily operations including inventory management, volume forecasting, primary billings, supply chain coordination, and account reconciliations.
- Track performance metrics and business health dashboards to identify opportunities and act quickly on variances.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and visually appealing—leveraging A+ content, enhanced brand stores, and keyword-rich metadata for higher search ranking and conversion.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to maintain high standards of product representation across marketplaces.
- Execute promotional campaigns, monitor ROI, and continuously iterate based on data insights.
- Drive operational excellence through efficient supply chain processes and timely partner communication.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort navigating complex, fast-changing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Proven success managing marketplace accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Understanding of online merchandising, catalog optimization, and SEO for e-commerce platforms.
- 4–7 years of experience in key account management, e-commerce, or international business development (preferably in lifestyle or consumer goods).
