Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location:
Kolkata (Onsite Role)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through online bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
Identify new projects in Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, and Digital Solutions
Write winning proposals and customized business pitches
Communicate with international clients to understand requirements and close deals
Coordinate with technical and project management teams for accurate project scope understanding
Build strong client relationships for repeat business opportunities
Handle client negotiations and follow-ups professionally
Required Skills:
Experience in Online Bidding / IT Sales / Business Development
Strong communication and client handling skills
Knowledge of Web & Mobile Development services preferred
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Kolkata-based candidates only
Full-time onsite opportunity
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
