What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and endpoint devices.
- Resolve user incidents and service requests.
- Maintain documentation and ensure IT security compliance.
Excellent communication skills required.
ITIL, Microsoft Certifications, and ServiceNow experience are a plus.
