About the Role
Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Telecallers to connect with prospective students, provide course information, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and professionals through outbound calls.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and training programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads given by the management.
- Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, and admission discussions.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or lead management systems.
- Build positive relationships with prospects and address their queries effectively.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Academic Counseling, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in Educational Institutions, Training Institutes, EdTech Companies, or Coaching Centers.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in student counseling and admission conversion is an added advantage.
