We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Functional Tester to support Oracle Customer Experience Cloud implementation, enhancement, support, and upgrade projects.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in functional testing of Oracle Fusion CX applications and a solid understanding of CRM business processes. The candidate will be responsible for validating Oracle CX modules, business workflows, integrations, and end-to-end customer lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Oracle Fusion CX modules, including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Customer Data Management
- Partner Relationship Management
- Test CRM processes such as:
- Lead-to-Opportunity
- Opportunity Management
- Quote-to-Order
- Customer and Account Management
- Service Request and Case Management
- Validate workflows, approvals, notifications, business rules, and role-based access.
- Test integrations between Oracle CX and ERP, SCM, OIC, and third-party applications.
- Perform backend data validation using SQL.
- Identify, document, track, retest, and close defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business users, and integration teams.
- Support Oracle quarterly updates through impact analysis and regression testing.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, and status updates.
- Ensure all delivered solutions meet business, functional, and quality requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of functional testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion CX testing.
- Good understanding of CRM business processes.
- Experience testing Oracle Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong experience in preparing test plans, scenarios, cases, and test data.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar tools.
- SQL knowledge for backend data validation.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud, CDM, and PRM.
- Experience testing Oracle Integration Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher and OTBI report validation.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, support, enhancement, or upgrade projects.
- Understanding of ERP and SCM integration touchpoints.
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly release testing.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
