Receptionist / Administrative Executive – Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for front office operations, visitor management, appointment coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain records.
- Manage front desk operations and office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
- Maintain files, registers, and office records.
- Assist in general office administration and reporting.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Prior experience in reception or administration is preferred.
Location: T.NAGAR, CHENNAI
Experience: 0–3 Years (Preferred)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
