- Machine Operation & Setup: Operate cream/gel manufacturing vessels, homogenizers, and filling/sealing machines for tubes, bottles, or jars. Perform machine changeovers for different products and batch sizes.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor machinery (speed, temperature, pressure) to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
- Batch Quality Control: Conduct in-process checks to ensure creams/gels meet specifications for viscosity, pH, and filling volume.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, cleaning logs, and logbooks in compliance with quality and data integrity rules.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize equipment thoroughly to prevent contamination between batches.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
