Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials as per approved specifications and SOPs.
- Assist in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, and pH Meter.
- Prepare reagents, standard solutions, and test samples for analysis.
- Record and maintain analytical data, logbooks, and laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP/GLP guidelines.
- Support calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Assist in sample collection, labeling, and retention sample management.
- Report any deviations, abnormal observations, or Out of Specification (OOS) results to the reporting manager.
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness, safety, and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Coordinate with the QA and Production departments for sample testing and release activities.
- Follow all company SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences).
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control within a pharmaceutical company.
- Freshers with relevant academic projects, internships, or industrial training are encouraged to apply.
