About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations and LinkedIn sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Perform regular LinkedIn outreach to identify potential candidates.
- Monitor and manage HR/recruitment emails and highlight important requests.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Monitor project/employee attendance and follow up on discrepancies or absences.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with employees, candidates, supervisors and internal teams.
- Support other HR and recruitment activities as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Good communication skills, especially written English.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Gmail/Email, Excel/Google Sheets and basic online tools.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
Performance-Based Variable
The intern can earn up to ₹3,000 additional monthly variable based on performance, including:
- Recruitment output and candidate quality
- LinkedIn sourcing and outreach
- Timely follow-ups
- Attendance and HR operations accuracy
- Reporting and overall work discipline
