Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in clients, identify their vehicle needs, and match them with suitable Hyundai models.
- Product Demonstrations: Explain vehicle specifications, safety ratings, technology features, and conduct test drives.
- Sales & Negotiation: Discuss pricing, trade-ins, insurance, accessories, and financing or leasing options to close deals.
- CRM & Follow-Up: Log all client interactions in the CRM database, follow up on potential leads, and contact buyers post-delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction.
