Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Manage daily opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Sales & Financials: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage controllable costs, analyze KPI reports, and implement marketing/promotional strategies.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a productive and customer-focused environment.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and implement visual merchandising guidelines for optimal product presentation.
- Customer Experience: Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high-quality service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, lead, and develop teams.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, staff, and upper management.
- Analytical: Capability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Operational Expertise: Knowledge of retail management systems, inventory control, and loss prevention techniques.
- Experience: Previous experience as a retail manager or in a similar leadership role is required
