We are hiring Personal Secretary to Managing Director (MD) cum Front Office
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and confidential documents professionally.
Welcome visitors and manage front office operations.
Receive customer enquiries and coordinate leads with the concerned department for timely follow-up.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth communication.
Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Front Office Executive.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communication.
