Job Overview
Jayair System Private Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven AMC & VRF Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for AMC and VRF systems
- Promote and sell AMC packages and VRF solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth project execution
- Keep updated records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC / AMC / VRF sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems, especially VRF
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
