Job Summary
We are urgently hiring 4 Telecallers – Loan Sales for our newly started Loan DSA business. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be confident while speaking with customers, and have a target-oriented approach.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain basic loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
- Coordinate with customers for required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth processing.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
