Job Summary:
Urgent Opening! We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer (Frontend) with 3–5 years of experience in designing and developing responsive and user-friendly web applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX principles and hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js, along with basic understanding of backend integration using REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI/UX for web applications.
ii. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma / Adobe XD.
iii. Develop responsive frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
iv. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
v. Ensure consistency in design standards, branding, and usability across applications.
vi. Integrate frontend components with backend services using REST APIs (Java/Spring Boot knowledge preferred).
vii. Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
viii. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Required Skills:
i. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
ii. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
iii. Experience with Bootstrap or Material UI.
iv. Hands-on experience with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch.
v. Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON integration.
vi. Knowledge of Git (GitHub/GitLab) and Agile methodology.
vii. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
viii. Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
ix. Basic understanding of Java/Spring Boot (preferred).
Good to Have
i. Experience in performance optimization and debugging tools.
ii. Knowledge of frontend build tools and deployment processes.
iii. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Design or a related field.
- UI/UX or Frontend certifications will be an added advantage.
