Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst (SaaS Products) to work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Customer Success, and stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, translate them into product specifications, drive process improvements, and support the development of customer-centric SaaS products.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Product Analysis
- Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and product teams to understand business needs.
- Create User Stories, Use Cases, BRDs, FRDs, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Define workflows, business processes, and product requirements.
Product Development Support
- Work closely with Product Managers to define product roadmaps.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and customer impact.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze product KPIs, customer adoption metrics, churn, retention, and usage patterns.
- Create dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
Testing & Validation
- Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate product functionality against business requirements.
- Ensure successful product releases and feature rollouts.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with customers to understand pain points and business challenges.
- Support customer onboarding and feature adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve customer experience.

Location: Kolkata
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
