Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to Grades XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based, and student-centric lessons.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial as well as enrichment support.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into classroom teaching.
- Maintain student records, academic documentation, and assessment data.
- Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, school events, and professional development programmes.
- Foster critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Uphold the school's values, discipline, and academic standards.
Eligibility
- M.Sc. Mathematics (Mandatory)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching CBSE Senior Secondary (Grades XI & XII).
- Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using smart classroom technology and digital teaching platforms.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing students for CBSE Board examinations.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students for academic excellence.
- Passion for innovative teaching methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
