ABOUT THE ROLE
Redfox Cyber Se is looking for a dynamic and creative Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing content team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content - from slick motion graphics and animated assets to polished video edits for our celebrity podcast series and digital campaigns. If you live and breathe design, love storytelling through visuals, and are ready to work in a fast-paced cybersecurity brand environment, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce motion graphics, animated intros/outros, lower thirds, and visual effects for digital content.
- Edit and post-produce video content for the company's celebrity podcast series - including cuts, colour correction, audio sync, and graphic overlays.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual concepts aligned with Redfox’s brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end video production - from raw footage intake to final export across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create social media reels, short-form videos, and promotional creatives independently and on deadline.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to brand guidelines consistently.
- Support on-location shoots when required - handling camera setups, basic lighting, and recording equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects - mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphic work and edited video content.
- Currently based in Mumbai (or willing to relocate immediately).
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
Good to Have (Bonus Points)
- Prior agency experience - working across multiple brand projects simultaneously.
- Experience editing a celebrity or public-figure podcast series.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, etc.).
- Familiarity with camera operation - DSLR/mirrorless setup, lens selection, basic lighting.
- On-set experience assisting in video shoots or coordinating production logistics.
- Understanding cybersecurity or B2B tech content is a plus.
