About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to head the Execution function within Electrification & Automation – Customer Services. This strategic leadership role is responsible for delivering execution excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving efficiency, and enabling sustainable profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Execution organization for EA Customer Services.
- Ensure safe, timely, high-quality, and profitable delivery of all portfolios.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized execution processes, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
- Own execution KPIs including revenue realization, gross margin, productivity, EHS, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Develop execution strategies to support aggressive business growth and scalability.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Partner closely with Sales, Portfolio, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Factory teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Strengthen customer relationships through proactive governance and executive engagement.
- Lead risk and opportunity management across the execution portfolio.
- Champion digital tools, remote services, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle business models.
- Drive resource planning, capability development, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 15-20+ years of relevant experience in project execution, service operations, or engineering management.
- Proven leadership experience managing large execution teams across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience, project financials, and operational KPIs.
- Deep understanding of Electrification, Automation, Protection, Power Transmission & Distribution
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
