Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Receptionist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling visitors, coordinating calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and front office registers.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Smart, confident, and professional personality.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant attitude with a positive and helpful approach.
