Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist with daily cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Monitor restaurant-level expenses and inventory accounting.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and timely financial reporting.
- Knowledge of tax preparations, GST/TDS filings and statutory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of accounting experience (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant accounting workflows
- Experience with inventory control and cost accounting
