rProcess is looking for a Team Lead responsible and accountable for the smooth running of Project Operations within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. He will be reporting to the Project Manager.
General responsibilities but not limited to:
Experience in relevant industry for a minimum 6 years & at least 2-3 Years of experience as TL on
paper.
Must have worked on complex projects that have high volumes.
Able to resolve queries within the TAT as per the SLA.
Process & Escalation management.
Team management.
Excellent communication both oral and written and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work in any shift according to the Project requirement.
Good presentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
