Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ Shine and LinkedIn
- Screening the candidate's resumes as per job requirement and contacting relevant candidates
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Coordinating with recruitment agencies for candidates
- Key Skills/Abilities
- Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience : 1 year to 2 year
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
