Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage interactions with international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, be confident in handling calls, and have strong follow-up abilities to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels. Handle inbound and outbound client interactions professionally. Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and ongoing business requirements. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Update and manage client information in CRM/software systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Prepare and maintain reports related to client interactions and sales activities. Ensure prompt response to client queries and provide accurate information about products/services. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Confidence in speaking with international clients over calls. Good follow-up and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, international process, or client coordination is preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
