Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Lead to manage academic planning, curriculum implementation, and overall academic excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high teaching standards, mentoring faculty, and ensuring effective academic delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement the academic curriculum for the academic year
- Monitor classroom teaching and ensure high-quality lesson delivery
- Conduct teacher evaluations, observations, and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and guide teaching staff for continuous improvement
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic reporting
- Organize academic events, workshops, and school programs
- Ensure adherence to academic policies, standards, and guidelines
- Collaborate with management to improve academic performance and outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an academic or teaching role
- B.Ed is mandatory
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools, etc.)
- Ability to manage, train, and guide teaching staff effectively
