Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Life Skills Trainer to conduct engaging and interactive sessions for school students. The trainer will help students develop essential personal, social, communication, and employability skills that prepare them for higher education, careers, and everyday life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive Life Skills sessions for students of Classes 9th to 12th.
- Develop students' communication, confidence, personality, and interpersonal skills.

- Use group discussions, role plays, presentations, games, simulations, and practical activities to make sessions engaging.
- Encourage students to participate actively and express their ideas confidently.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, session reports, and progress documentation.
- Monitor and track students' development throughout the training program.
- Coordinate with school teachers, project coordinators, and other trainers.
- Participate in school events, workshops, competitions, and awareness activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Submit regular Daily Activity Reports and other project-related reports.
- Travel to assigned schools within Delhi/NCR as required.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Social Work, English, Management, Human Development, or any relevant field.
- Certification in Life Skills, Soft Skills, Counselling, Training, or related areas will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Life Skills Training, Soft Skills Training, Teaching, Counselling, Student Development, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in working with school students may also be considered.
