Experience: 1–3 years
We are looking for a Network Support Engineer (L1) to monitor and maintain network infrastructure, support branch connectivity, handle firewall and switch configuration, coordinate with ISPs for link issues, and perform network monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting as per company policies. Candidates with knowledge of networking, firewalls, MPLS/ILL, remote branch support, and exposure to Fortinet, IPSec, or SD-WAN will be preferred.
