About the Role
Neev Mobility is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, sales conversion, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
2. Customer Engagement & Sales Pitching
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations when required.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
3. Sales Conversion & Deal Closure
- Follow up regularly with prospects for conversion.
- Prepare quotations and proposals as required.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
4. Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell company offerings to existing customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share regular updates with management.
- Track sales performance and follow-up status.
6. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and issues.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
