Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Site Engineer to manage and oversee multiple construction sites, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and compliance with safety and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor multiple construction sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, consultants, and Project Managers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Travel between assigned project sites as required.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of relevant construction/real estate experience.
- Experience managing multiple residential/commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and project management practices.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
