Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and manage online communities to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, and technical SEO elements.
- Improve website rankings on major search engines such as Google and Bing.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies.
- Generate SEO performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
Content & Analytics
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create marketing materials.
- Track website traffic, conversions, and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance dashboards.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Advertising.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent communication and content planning skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, and Campaign Management.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,061.47 - ₹20,000.00 per month
