Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Strategist & Script Writer to manage and grow our Instagram and YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should have strong Tamil writing skills, experience in content strategy, and the ability to create engaging scripts for Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly content strategies.
- Write engaging, production-ready scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Research IT hiring updates, career opportunities, and emerging technology trends.
- Create strong hooks, emotional storytelling, and effective CTAs.
- Analyze Instagram Insights and YouTube Studio metrics to improve reach, engagement, retention, and follower growth.
- Apply YouTube SEO and keyword research strategies.
- Collaborate with content presenters, creators, and video editing teams.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Meta, and YouTube algorithm changes.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and other modern AI tools to improve content workflows.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media content strategy and page growth.
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram and YouTube channels.
- Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Education, or Personal Branding is preferred.
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent Tamil writing skills with basic professional English communication.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, Meta Business Suite, YouTube SEO, and content analytics.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
