We Are Hiring – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: Vesu, Surat, Gujarat
Work Mode: Onsite
Salary: Up to ₹1,50,000/month
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision, architecture, and overall engineering strategy for a fast-growing e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and scale robust, high-performance technology architecture
- Build and lead a strong engineering team
- Define and execute the technology roadmap
- Establish coding standards, DevOps practices & deployment processes
- Evaluate and implement modern technologies
- Manage third-party integrations & vendor collaborations
- Ensure system security, data protection & compliance
- Collaborate with product & business teams
- Optimize infrastructure costs & manage tech budgets
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software development & tech leadership
- 5+ years in CTO / VP Engineering role
- Experience in scalable e-commerce / marketplace platforms
- Strong expertise in Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Deep knowledge of backend systems, databases & microservices
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD & SDLC processes
- Proven team-building experience (20+ engineers)
Preferred:
- Experience with AI/ML in e-commerce
- Knowledge of logistics / supply chain tech
- Experience handling high-traffic platforms
- Familiarity with Indian e-commerce ecosystem
- Startup / scale-up experience
