Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to develop and execute business growth strategies in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
