Position Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager – SPA will support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by promoting spa services, memberships, wellness packages, and retail products. The role involves client relationship management, lead generation, customer engagement, and assisting in implementing sales and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
- Promote and sell spa treatments, wellness packages, memberships, and gift vouchers.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new leads through corporate tie-ups, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell spa services and retail products.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
Marketing Support
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Coordinate with digital marketing and operations teams for sales initiatives.
- Participate in local events, exhibitions, and wellness promotions to increase brand awareness.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.
- Track sales performance and provide updates to management.
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts and business reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Hospitality preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in spa, wellness, salon, hospitality, fitness, or retail sectors.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
