Finnomind is looking for a Assistant Manager – Process Excellence & VCFO to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving business problems, building efficient processes, working with financial data, and partnering directly with clients, this role offers an excellent opportunity to create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and map business processes across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Procurement.
- Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Support VCFO engagements, including budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
- Develop dashboards and management reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Generate actionable business insights through data analysis.
- Manage client relationships and handle multiple engagements effectively.
- Drive process adoption and conduct SOP training sessions when required.
What We're Looking For
- MBA (Finance) or CA Dropout (CA Inter Cleared).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Process Excellence, Business Consulting, Financial Advisory, VCFO, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Power BI experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
