About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first approach to resolving queries through calls, emails, live chat, and online support channels.
This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a successful career in Customer Support, Customer Service, Client Relations, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, live chat, and support tickets.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive support experience.
- Maintain timely follow-ups for pending customer requests and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex technical or service-related issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and issue history in CRM software.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams for faster issue resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.
- Follow company support processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize AI-powered tools and digital platforms to improve productivity and customer experience.
Required Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Client Support, or Customer Success is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls, chats, emails, and support tickets professionally.
- Positive attitude with patience and empathy toward customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with customer support tools, ticketing systems, and helpdesk software.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other productivity platforms.
- Experience supporting SaaS, IT, or software-based products is an added advantage.
