Position: - Centre Coordinator
Exp:- Min 2 to 3 years experience in hardcore Sales / Centre Management preferably edtech sector.
Age Limit - Maximum 35 years
Salary – upto 30000 per month depending upon experience and interview + Incentives
Working - Wednesday to Monday
Fixed Week Off - Tuesday
Location - Muchipara, Durgapur, West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) mainly calls.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' educational goals and challenges.
- Be the main point of contact for Head Office
- Take care of the admin part
- Need to go out for field marketing
- Provide personalized and tailored recommendations based on client requirements.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
- Conduct live demonstrations and virtual tours to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Guide clients through the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns along the way.
- Cultivate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Effectively close deals by leveraging consultative selling techniques and objection handling.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- · Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the Centre Director & Sales manager.
- · Meet tight deadlines and targets
Qualifications:
- Must Be a Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.
- Hardworking and Confident to meet targets
