Hiring: Appian Senior Consultant
Location: Pune/Mumbai/Jaipur
Experience: 5–6+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
We are seeking an experienced Appian Senior Consultant to deliver high-quality Appian solutions and work closely with clients to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Design and develop Appian applications using SAIL, Process Models, Records, and Reports
- Deliver end-to-end solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Build integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and external systems
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and solution presentations
- Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
- Mentor junior developers and support Agile delivery teams
Required Skills:
- 5–6+ years of overall IT experience
- 3–5 years of Appian development/consulting experience
- Hands-on expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, and Rules
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services
- Good knowledge of SQL, databases, and data modeling
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Preferred:
- Appian Certification L2 (Mandatory)
- Appian Certification L3 (Preferred)
- Experience in BPM and Automation projects
- Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
