Quantity Surveyor – Residential Construction

About the Role
Glenearth Constructions LLP is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong knowledge of residential construction projects, including structural, architectural, interior, and finishing works.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project estimates.
- Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate quantity calculations.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare client/subcontractor bills.
- Verify work quantities and billing based on actual site progress.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams.
- Assist in material planning, quantity verification, and cost control.
- Track project costs and identify quantity or cost deviations.
- Maintain project-related estimation, billing, and quantity records.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for residential projects.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and site measurements.
- Knowledge of interior and finishing works is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience in turnkey residential construction projects.
- Ability to independently handle estimation, billing, and quantity verification.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
