We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Career Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling clients regarding immigration, permanent residency and work permits while guiding them through the application process.
Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on immigration, PR, work permit programs.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Conduct face-to-face, telephonic, and online consultations.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and procedures.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate client records and updates.
- Coordinate with processing teams regarding documentation and application status.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and overseas opportunities.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong sales, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Salary: 15000 - 18000
