Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive with strong expertise in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, capable of independently managing accounting operations, including banking, receivables, and payables, while supporting financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
● Managing day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
● Handling sales, purchase, and expense accounting entries
● Responsible for handling banking transactions, customer receivables, and vendor payables in Tally, including payment processing, receipt entries, reconciliation, and outstanding monitoring
● Managing accounts receivable and payable functions.
● Conducting bank and ledger reconciliations.
● Monitoring customer outstanding and vendor payments.
● Preparing MIS and financial reports for management.
● Supporting GST data preparation and audit requirements.
● Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.
● Assisting in monthly and yearly account closing.
● Coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
● Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
● Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
● Experience in AR/AP and banking operations
● Good understanding of GST and accounting principles
● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
